Starting point
Start from what your team already built.
Someone on your team has already put AI to work: a prompt that answers emails, a chatbot on the website, an automation stitched together after hours. We don’t start over. We make that work safe enough to face your customers.
Explore our approachHi! Can I move tomorrow’s order to 2 pm?
Of course. Order #2048 is now set for 2 pm. Anything else?
I’d also like a refund on my last order.
I’ll pass you to Julie on our team for that. She’ll write back within 15 minutes.
Handed off to a person · as designed
- 01
Keep what works.
We start from the prompts, bots and automations your people already use, not from a blank page.
- 02
Make it safe to show.
We test answers, data handling and hand-offs before a single customer sees them.
- 03
Know who owns it.
Every agent gets a named owner, a runbook and clear rules for customer data.
What changes
From DIY to customer-ready.
Clear water hides nothing. Neither should the AI your customers talk to. Here is what we change, agent by agent.
- One person’s promptA shared, documented agent
- Untested answersTested on real customer scenarios

Case study
In practice, at Isobloc.
In Mascouche, Eric Dionne built five AI agents to support his construction startup. The work then set out a method and a roadmap to make those tools reliable and ready for wider use.

FAQ
Common questions
What does “customer-ready” actually mean?
An agent that meets our five checks: reviewed end to end, tested on real scenarios, compliant with Law 25, as good in French as in English, and owned by a named person on your team.
We already built our own chatbot. Can you work with it?
Yes, that’s usually where we start. We review what you built, keep what works and harden the rest, whether it runs on ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or an automation tool.
How do you handle Law 25 and customer data?
We map the personal information each agent touches, then set rules for consent, retention and access, and write them down so your team can show them.
Will our agent speak proper Québec French?
French comes first. We test answers with real customer questions in French and English, including tone, terminology and local expressions.
How long until we can go live?
Most reviews take three to four weeks. Simple agents can launch soon after; others need a few weeks of hardening first. The review gives you a clear timeline.
Which AI tools do you work with?
The ones your team already uses: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and automation platforms like Zapier, Make or n8n.
Know what’s ready. And what to fix first.
The AI Readiness Review gives you a clear view of every agent in use and a plan to put the right ones in front of customers. 3–4 weeks, fixed scope.
