Our approach
Customer-readinesslevels.
During the review, we place each agent on four levels, from one person’s experiment to an agent managed in production. An agent’s level shows what it can safely do today, and its next useful step.
- Level 01
Experimental
Someone on your team built it with their own account. It works for them, but nobody else knows how it was set up, what data it sees, or what it would say to a customer.
What it looks like
Personal accounts and prompts. No tests, no documentation.
Next step
Move it to a company workspace, document it and name an owner.
- Level 02
Internal
Your team uses the agent to draft replies, quotes or summaries, and a person checks everything before it reaches a customer. Practices are shared and the company manages access.
What it looks like
A shared workspace and documented prompts. A person reviews every output.
Next step
Test it on real customer scenarios and set data rules, so it can speak to customers directly within a defined scope.
- Level 03
Customer-ready
Target before launchThe agent meets all five checks of the Customer-ready Standard: reviewed, tested, compliant, bilingual and owned. It speaks to customers within a defined scope and hands off to a person when it should.
What it looks like
A tested scope, Law 25-ready data rules, French and English, a clear hand-off and a named owner.
Next step
Launch it, then monitor quality, cost and incidents.
- Level 04
Managed
The agent runs in production with ongoing care: quality reviews, cost tracking, an incident process, and updates as your products, prices and policies change.
What it looks like
Monitoring, a review calendar, an incident log and quarterly reviews.
Next step
Keep it current, measure results and extend it to the next process.
How we use it
One level per agent. One next step each.
During the readiness review, we place each agent on this scale and review its scope, data and owner. We then recommend the next useful step for each one, in a prioritized launch plan.
Not every agent needs to face customers. The right level is the one where AI helps without adding risk.
Know what’s ready. And what to fix first.
The AI Readiness Review gives you a clear view of every agent in use and a plan to put the right ones in front of customers. 3–4 weeks, fixed scope.
