Our approach
Clear at everystep.
What comes first, how each phase is priced and how we work with your team, from the first review to the day your agent faces customers, and after.
The phases
Four phases. You decide what comes next.
Each phase is funded separately and delivers something usable. At the end of each one, you choose whether to continue.

FAQ
Questions about our approach
What does the AI Readiness Review include?
An inventory of every agent and AI tool in use, a review of customer-facing risk, a Law 25 data check, quality testing in French and English, and a prioritized launch plan.
How much does the review cost?
The review is a fixed-scope engagement. We confirm the price with you once we know how many agents and tools are in scope, before any work begins.
How long does it take, and what do we receive?
Three to four weeks. You receive a readiness report for each agent and a prioritized plan, presented to your leadership team.
How do we choose which agents to launch first?
We weigh customer impact, risk and effort. Agents that answer frequent, low-risk questions usually go first.
Do we have to continue after the review?
No. Each phase is funded separately and delivers something usable. You decide what comes next.
How should we govern agents that talk to customers?
Give each agent an owner, clear data and access rules, an escalation path to a person and a regular review. We help you put all four in place.
How do you train our team to maintain the agents?
Through hands-on sessions with the people who built them, plus a runbook for each agent: how it works, how to test it and what to do when something goes wrong.
Who maintains the agents after launch?
Your named owner, with our support on a monthly retainer if you want it: monitoring, quality reviews and improvements.
